  I moved here from New Mexico and SLORENT has been the best property management company I've ever used, hands down. They are friendly, down to earth, and extremely helpful. They found me exactly what I was looking for, with no hassles, all within my perfect time frame and price range. Moving from state to state is very stressful and they made sure everything was finished, beautiful, and turn key ready upon the date of my arrival. Chris and Kim run the show and are both completely trustworthy experts.
  Chris Frago is a man of his word and is also very personable. He will always listen and do everything in his power to help. He made sure I had all of my amenities and repairs immediately, and then followed up to be sure I was all set. Though he is a very busy man, he always has time for friendly conversation and small talk, without ever being unprofessional.
  Kim is like that also, and has given her genuine concern for my well being as a person and not just a tenant. Her kindness and availability make it so you feel welcome in the office, and comfortable going to them with whatever you may need. SLORENT is a great company and it's the people running it who make it trustworthy and personal. It is the way a business should be and if you are moving to the San Luis Obispo or Los Osos area, I highly recommend that you speak to them first!
